EAC DoC can only be issued to the national company of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The local representative must have a signed authorization agreement with the product manufacturer (in the case of a temporary EAC declaration of conformity) or a signed shipping contract (in the case of an EAC declaration of conformity issued for separate shipments). You will also need an officially translated Russian user manual for the product.

TR CU stands for Customs Union Technical Regulation and EAC stands for Eurasian Conformity.
The Customs Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia was established on January 1, 2010 and later renamed the Eurasian Customs Union.
